Dispersal is the movement of organisms-specifically seeds, spores, or animals-away from their parent organism or birth site to new locations. This ecological process reduces competition for resources, prevents inbreeding, and allows species to colonize new areas, increasing survival chances.

Each card pairs original botanical artwork with documented fact: Ballistic Dispersal, Viscidity, Dehiscence, Anemopochory, Scarification, Fleshy Fruit, Megafauna Anachronism, Dust Seeds, and Tumbleweed. These are the survival strategies plants evolved over millions of years — by wind, animal, explosion, and digestion — named, defined, and given the weight they deserve.
