The Great Red Spot (GRS) is a massive, persistent anticyclonic storm in Jupiter’s southern hemisphere, large enough to contain Earth twice over. Raging for at least 150–400 years, this high-pressure, counterclockwise-rotating storm features wind speeds exceeding 400 mph, with its reddish color likely caused by ultraviolet light interacting with ammonia clouds.
RELIK A-Z: Final Frontier: Great Red Spot — Space Series
The universe is stranger than anything we’ve imagined. The Final Frontier: Great Red Spot collection is an educational trading card series exploring the science, terminology, and human drama of space exploration — seen through the swirling eye of Jupiter’s most famous storm.
Each card pairs surrealist artwork of human and alien faces colliding at the edge of the cosmos with real space science: Astronaut, Cosmonaut, Airlock, Blue Origin, Comets, Deep Space Network, Disintegrate, Downlink, Earth, Ecliptic, Galaxy, and beyond. Precise definitions. Cinematic imagery. The kind of space education that makes you look up.
Part science glossary, part visual odyssey — these cards are for collectors, curious minds, and anyone who has ever stared at the night sky and needed words for what they felt.
Part of the RELIK A-Z Knowledge Card system, each card carries point values, rarity levels, and category tags connecting to the larger RELIK Otherworldly universe.
